Days of work done in minutes.

Getting a release corrected isn't the hard part. Most services have a route for it. The hard part is how far one delivery travels. A release goes out to hundreds of stores and services around the world, and chasing them one at a time is a fortnight of the same evidence typed into form after form.

So we don't chase them. We work out who delivered it, because a correction from them puts it right everywhere at once, and take it to the services themselves only when nobody will say.

Not everything is a copyright claim

A release filed against the wrong artist is a tagging error, not a crime. Firing a copyright notice at it is the slowest route and puts the liability on you, so we ask what actually went wrong and point you at the right desk.

Questions

Do I have to change distributor?
No. We read your profiles from the streaming services themselves, so it makes no difference who you distribute with. Nothing about your catalogue has to move.
Will it pester me about my own releases?
No. The first time we scan a profile we import everything already on it without asking you about any of it. You only hear from us about music that appears after that.
What happens when I say a release isn't mine?
We ask what is wrong with it, then draft the letter to whoever can fix it and show you the evidence we have gathered. You read it before it goes.
Do you send notices for me?
No. We find out who to contact and gather the evidence, and you write to them yourself. We're not a law firm, we don't draft legal documents, and nothing goes out in your name from here.
How do you know who delivered a release?
When something new appears we look it up across the services to pull everything that identifies it and, where it's published, the distributor behind it. That last one is what usually gets a release removed quickly.
